The Border Land

The Rio Grande River separates Texas from Mexico one side rich, the other poor. There is nothing but an imaginary line through the center of the river.

That line is drawn by Law, the Law of America, which is the Constitution that forms the basis of all our Laws.

Our States collectively compose America with their separated and united "Laws and Rights".

We can establish those same Laws and Rights of commerce upon the Internet within a "Virtual State" .

Still Wyoming is our prototype so you can be sure of many "new" things which were before impossible.

The primary goal is to serve the State, its people, and businesses.

To collectively share resources to allow development of small business "Enhancements", not replacements.
